RETURNS WORLDWIDE
We regretably are unable to offer a returns policy from outside of Kenya due to high import and tax duties. Please ensure your sizing is correct before placing your order and refer to the size guide. If you ave any questions or queries regarding sizing please contact us.
RETURNS KENYA
Should you wish to return an item in Kenya please inform us within 3 days of receipt of your parcel. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs to return the garment. Shipping costs are non refundable. Please return the garment in an unused and original condition with the tags still attached. Within Kenya we suggest using Wells Fargo or G4S as a reliable courier to Lamu and we are not liable for any loss of parcels being returned.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. As a small production quality control is of utmost importance to us and we ensure that each garment leaves the island in good condition. We will reimburse you for your postage fees to return the garment if faulty or if it is the incorrect order.
